World Press Photo

World Press Photo is an international photography organization that was organized in 1955. It is known for its provocative photography pieces displayed throughout the world and is effectively the “Oscars” of photojournalism. Robert Meins, Dupont Underground’s CEO emeritus, serves on the board of World Press Photo USA, and the organization has previously done several long-term exhibitions in the space in collaboration with DC-based enterprises, such as Catholic University of America, American Universities, various embassies and attaches, and others.
