The Cost of Living: Finding Fellowship Film Screening

  • Dupont Underground 19 Dupont Circle Northwest Washington, DC, 20036 United States (map)

This exhibit centers Black Women and femme artists amplifying marginalized voices and transforming the often-seen trauma and silence of making ends meet (the cost of living) into resilience and triumph.

Filmmaker, Jason Green, curator Nikki Brooks, and Dupont Underground invite you to a screening and discussion of the award-winning film Finding Fellowship—a story that explores how one community came together in 1968, in the wake of Dr. King's assassination. Open to the public, but RSVP is required.
