The George Fulginiti Series: Cabaret, Cocktails & Conversation

On Friday, June 7, and Saturday, June 8, Alliance for New Music-Theatre partners with Dupont Underground to reprise the next installment of the company’s George Fulginiti Series: Cabaret, Cocktails and Conversation. At this empowering and uplifting Pride Month event, vocal artist and composer Deacon, with collaborator Aran, presents his own rules for fully-realized living through poetry and song.

Deacon insists on an indulgent audience dress code he describes as “Over the top. Show your true colors. Dress to impress yourself. Flashy, glam and glitz. NO FEAR and NO HOLDING BACK.”

The George Fulginiti Cabaret Series honors Founding Member of Alliance for New Music-Theatre George Fulginiti-Shakar, who was for many years a local star in the DC theatre orbit, serving as music director of many productions at Arena Stage, Ford’s Theatre, Shakespeare Theatre, Studio Theatre, as well as serving as Founder/Director of the DC Cabaret Network and many of Alliance for New Music-Theatre’s own productions.

Tickets available on Eventbrite.
