Join us for the first of 3 Panel Discussions
Join leaders from the DC's planning agencies and Business Improvement Districts for a discussion about innovative approaches to revitalizing our urban core through public realm improvements, cultural programming, and enhanced connections between districts.
The discussion will explore strategies for coordinated public and private investments with a special emphasis on the public realm and cultural amenities to create a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable downtown. The example of the Dupont Underground, as a critical connection to adjacent neighborhoods and one of a constellation of cultural anchors, will be discussed as part of a methodology to strengthen the identity of the city.
